Today it finally happened. Our dossier left my hands and is off to Washington to be authenticated by the US Dept. of State and then on to the Embassy of China for their red stamp. A major burden has been lifted off of me. It should arrive back here in about a week, be processed (I pray for the last time) at our agency, and then it will go to China. What a process...
Please pray with us that these last steps before the Chinese government receives our dossier are quick and correct.
All in the Lord's timing....until then we rest in Him.
Speaking of resting, our family is off to the beach for a week of much needed r and r. When we are at the beach, it is as though there are no cares in the world. We generally have no agenda. No one has to be entertained. We just rest and enjoy one another and all that our Father has provided for us. So for a week, we will rest...thank you Father for providing this time for us. Thank you Mimi and Poppa for your graciousness.
